Drawing wisdom from leaders in the field, the Journal to the Self ® course works from the principle of the journal ladder. On the lowest rungs the techniques are short, structured, and concrete. On the highest rungs are techniques that are open ended, creative, and engage intuition.
After the course, you will have more insight into how to use your journal when you’re experiencing stress, how to capture and hold onto the beautiful moments of your life, as well as what techniques work well for decision-making and keeping track of the various themes in your life.
